 Shipping Policy

The VIP Boutique only ships in the USA. All items sold on our website ship FREE of charge with a $100 purchase. International shipping is not available at this time. For West Coast residents, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order. All orders placed Monday - Friday on our website will be processed at the end of each business day and will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped Monday morning. Shipping and tracking information will be emailed to you after your item(s) have been shipped. Please note, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages . If your tracking number states that your package was delivered and you still have not received your package, please contact USPS to make a claim. Please be sure to file your claim with USPS no later than 60 days of your purchase.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are items that have an estimated arrival date which may change without notice. If your order contains pre-orders as well as in stock items, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order item(s) arrives. 

Exchange Policy for USA Orders

We will gladly accept your exchange for another size or store credit only. We do not issue refunds.

 Exchange items must meet these requirements:

  • Items that have not been worn, damaged, or altered.
  • Must have all labels and tags attached.
  • Shoes must be repacked in its original shoe box and unworn.

Shipping for exchanges:  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs that may be acquired upon making an exchange. We suggest that you use a traceable and insured mail service such as USPS. Please note, UPS or FEDEX will not deliver to our PO Box. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the exchange has been prepared and shipped. As a courtesy, The VIP Boutique will pay for your new merchandise to be shipped back to you.

How do I Make an Exchange?

First, please notify us by email regarding your exchange. Then, fill out The VIP Boutique Exchange Form that was sent to you with your order and indicate the new size you are exchanging your item for. Your new item will be placed on hold and shipped out after we receive your returned merchandise. If your replacement item is no longer in stock, you will receive store credit. You have 15 business days to use your store credit. Please note, The VIP Boutique has the right to deny an exchange upon our discretion.

The VIP Boutique carry sizes XS-3X. The size chart is as follows:

XS (0-2)

S (4-6)

M (8-10)

L (10-12)

1X or XL (14-16) PLUS SIZE

2X (18-20) PLUS SIZE

3X (22-24) PLUS SIZE

The size chart will be posted in each product description. However, some products will reflect a different size chart. Please read the product description in it's entirety before you make a purchase.   

Some of our plus size clothing are made to contour your body and accentuate your curves for a bodycon fit unless otherwise indicated in the product description. If you would like a more loose fit, we suggest the next largest size.

If you are interested in a product and you do not see your size, please send us an email at info@vipboutiqueonline.com and we will let you know when the item will be restocked.
